This exclusion arises from Health and Safety consideration and to prevent spread of possible infections. For non-pierced jewelry, with the exception of personalised products, we welcome exchange or return if you change your mind.
All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit and communicated within 1 week of receiving the parcel. Please email to our Customer Care team at [email protected] for return/exchange for non-pierced jewelry.
